Desperadoes II

To add to that dodgy photo that appeared a few days ago, due to popular demand (and I guess some trepidation) our local historian has unearthed another dodgy photo from that night many many eons ago. Can you identify this desperado ... or do you know any of his descendants?

But remember the old saying ... "Never stray from the path, never eat a windfall apple and never trust a man whose eyebrows meet in the middle" .... especially when he has our prize money!!!
